About Us
Dempsey Insurance
was founded in 1946 by Merle Dempsey. The Agency is
an Independent Insurance Agency/Brokerage specializing
in affordable Automobile, Homeowner, Business, Property
and Liability Insurance, Workers Compensation and Life
Insurance. In 1972, after graduating from UCLA, Merle's
son Richard joined the firm. Since then, Richard and
his team of Professionals have served Southern California
families and businesses for all of their insurance needs.
Our goal has always been
to provide the best professional and personalized service
possible and to give our clients
the best value for their insurance dollar.
We are conveniently located at 3639 Atlantic Ave. Long
Beach, just a few blocks north of the 405 Freeway. Our
office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30pm to 5:00pm.
